In-store Collection

If you are based in Melbourne, we warmly invite you to use our In-store Collection service. Simply select this option at checkout, and our team will prepare your order within 1-2 business days. Once it's ready, you'll receive an email or SMS notification. To collect your order, just bring your confirmation email or order number to the store you selected. It's a convenient way to save on shipping and enjoy your purchase sooner. Please note that in-store collection is currently available only at our Melbourne stores.

Shipping

We offer convenient shipping across Australia and New Zealand.

  • For customers in Australia, orders over AUD $50 enjoy free shipping, while orders under this amount will incur a flat fee of AUD $10.
  • For our New Zealand customers, orders over NZD $120 enjoy free shipping, and orders under this amount will be charged a flat fee of NZD $20.

ALL parcels are shipped via reliable local couriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
  • We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if you need an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@keikofashion.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items as well as the postage for the replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll promptly arrange your exchange.
  • If you are located in Melbourne or Brisbane, We warmly invite you to visit one of our stores to exchange your item. In-store exchanges are often quicker and more convenient, and our friendly team will be happy to assist you in person.
Returns
  • We hope you're happy with your purchase. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask you to choose carefully when placing your order.
  • However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will of course take care of it for you. In these cases, we are happy to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair depending on what works best. Simply contact us at info@keikofashion.com with your order details and photos, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
