In-store Collection

In-store collection is a free service that allows you to place an order online and then collect your purchases at any store.

In-store collection for customers is between 1-2 business days.

You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection from your selected store.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within Australia. Any purchase under $50 will be charged an $8 post-delivery fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for change of mind, then using your store credit to place a new order.

Returned items must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in a smoke-free condition. Please note that we do not accept items that have makeup marks, stains, or smell of perfume or body odor. We reserve the right to deny any items that are not returned in its original condition.

Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the completed delivery.

Faulty Returns

You can request a faulty return if your item(s) are received faulty or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

Goods are considered faulty only where they are defective at the time that they are delivered to you or a manufacturing fault occurs. Damage occurring due to wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing fault.

If the item is faulty, please email info@keikofashion.com with complete details of the fault and any accompanying photographs of the fault in question.

If your order has been confirmed as faulty by our returns department, we will replace your order with the same product and size or, if we don't have stock, we will provide you with your choice of a full refund or a store credit for the amount paid to us for the item(s).

A faulty request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the completed delivery.

Returns

We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty by our returns department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.

Exchange Return Shipping

The customer needs to pay for the cost of returning the item for exchange. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, we recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

In-store exchange option is available to customers who live in Melbourne. Please note that the customer must contact us and get a confirmation before you visit one of our stores.
