• Brand Ambassadors are usually selected from Top Creators who have shown strong sales performance, high-quality content, and positive collaboration history.

• Selected creators may receive KEIKO new arrivals or campaign products to style, wear, and promote.

• Brand Ambassadors may continue to use a unique creator code or link so their audience can enjoy exclusive KEIKO offers.

• Commission is calculated as an agreed percentage of the eligible product sales value generated through the ambassador’s creator code or link.

• Brand Ambassadors are expected to create consistent, high-quality content on TikTok, Instagram, or both platforms.

• Content should tag KEIKO, and creators should follow KEIKO on the same platform where they post.

• Detailed collaboration terms, posting expectations, product gifting, commission, and paid opportunities will be discussed privately with the KEIKO team.

Brand Ambassadors may receive:

• Monthly KEIKO new arrivals or selected free products
• Exclusive creator discounts or audience offers
• Early access to new collections
• Commission opportunities
• Paid collaboration opportunities
• Features on KEIKO social media channels
• Priority access to future campaigns

• Brand Ambassador partnerships are selected by KEIKO and reviewed individually.

• Selection may be based on sales performance, content quality, brand fit, audience engagement, posting consistency, and collaboration history.

• Final benefits, commission rate, product gifting, and collaboration terms may vary depending on each creator’s profile and campaign performance.

• Creator rewards cannot be combined; only the highest applicable reward will apply.
